The purpose of this journal assignment is for you to reflect meaningfully on course material and apply it to your own life. Please feel free to include your feelings or relevant behaviours (‘good’ or ‘bad’), as well as your thoughts.

To Do:

Complete the “Self-Survey” self-assessments on pages 254, 286, 321, & 352 of the textbook entitled “An Invitation to Health”
Briefly summarize your results. What did you learn about your health and/or self from completing these assessments?
Reflect on the information presented in Chapters 9, 10, 11, & 12 .
How does the information relate or connect to knowledge you had about these topic before this class?
What new information have you learned from the text/class?
How do these chapters connect to you personally?
Grading Notes:

Journal entries should be between 500 – 750 words in length.
If you reference the textbook directly or use outside sources to support your reflection, please ensure that you use in-text citations (that follow APA 7 formatting) and include a reference page at the end of your post.
Good sentence structure, grammar, spelling (mechanics), etc. are a courtesy to the reader, while the occasional minor mistake is not a problem, please ensure that errors are kept to a minimum as errors that impede upon the readers understanding of your thoughts will impact your grade. Please be kind to me and proofread before submitting 🙂
