In this section, you will focus on a workplace-relevant project to demonstrate your mastery of the HRMN 300 competencies. For this project, you will use Recruitment and Selection Case Study: Southwood School. This is a fictionalized case study based on a real organization, which presents the complexities involved in effective recruitment and selection.

The case study and HR Case Evaluation assignments are provided below. Start with HR Case Evaluation 1 and complete the other two in sequential order.
